Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata. The pipeline_tag is set to image-to-text reflecting the model's functionality of recognizing text lines within images. The library_name is set to transformers given the model's reliance on the Transformers library.
